I am wondering if anyone has any ideas about how to substitute for eggs. I
have tried the Ener-g egg replacer and have tried applesauce as a
substitute, but still my bread does not come out and the pancakes I make
taste pretty bad. Is there a trick to cooking baked goods without eggs. Any
recipes or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have the Bette Haggemans
latest book, but most of the recipes use eggs and when I take them out, the
recipes just don't work.
