2 quick queries:
1) Is there any sort of guideline for taking a blood test if one is
feeling pretty ok? Like every few years, every decade? And which blood
tests are indicated?
2) Anyone have evidence, anecdotal or otherwise, of increased gluten
sensitivity with the passage of time, i.e. you used to be able to
tolerate, say, topical products like shampoo containing wheatstuffs and
now cant.
