Sorry, gotta vent....bear with me please...it's the teacher in me.

After posing this new recipes for cookies, I have received some wonderul
posts and some really weird posts.  The weired ones asked questions like

" Is this a cookie or muffin recipe?"  the top of the page does say
"cookie recipe" doesn't it? "You said to use an ice cream scoop.  Do you
put the ice cream on top of the honey love and make an indentation?" "
Where's the flour?

What this says to me is that people are simply not reading
carefully....and if WE CELIACS DO NOT READ LABELS, CONSUMER INFO etc, it
can cost us great physical harm.  Remember that undiagnosed [or not
sticking to a gf diet]    have a high risk of colon cancer.

Of course, it just might be helpful to read something over before you
send it...
