Hello,
Back in December of last year, a discussion was raised on whether or not
this substance was suitable for celiacs. For myself, I was curious about
the possibility of a better bread, but I wasn't satisified with the
veracity of the responses as to whether or not it was safe, so I didn't
pursue it. Now I've come across it again and was just wondering if any new
