Dear listmates,

I noticed a new product this week - Uncle Ben's Natural Select Rice.  There
was a coupon in the paper so I looked for it in the grocery store.

In reading the list of ingredients, it clearly stated "hydrolyzed soy/wheat
gluten protein".

The bad news is that we cannot eat it, the good news is that it was so
clearly marked!

I hope this kind of labelling spreads throughout the industry.  I intend to
compliment Uncle Ben's.
