Harlen,
You will need to buy a hardware ISA modem, the only problem I can see is
that it will be very hard to find one in the price range that you are
talking about. 3Com - US Robotics still sells a hardware ISA modem but it
runs about $71.00 as I remember. If you need to find one I do know of one
supplier that still sells the 3Com - US Robotics ISA hardware modem.
