The first thing comes to my mind is: update your video driver. Both IE and Netscape may crash (like your case) if an old buggy video driver is loaded, especialy Netscape (which is very video related). If your video card is based on nVidia or 3dfx chip, the best unbeatable driver is reference driver you can download from both chipset maker (www.nvidia.com www.3dfx.com), otherwise, try to search on latest driver update on your video card, the shops usually don't
load updated drivers, they just simple install whatever on the CD (from box), which may result buggy. In many cases, the driver from box is based on an old reference driver (means out-of-date), and there should be a new driver available at the time you bought the box, this is especialy true if the video card is based on nVidia chip.

In the details it says IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in module OLE32.DLL at 0137:65f42003. After this an internal error window comes up. This is an ongoing problem. I have takne my computer in countless times and they can't figure out the problem so they reformat.
