i am in the process of doing the beef , i just finished the lamb and have
some  lamb pemmican done,  have organs( kidneys,pancreas,liver, and heart )
and fatty jerky ready.
I am laving  this coming sunday for hawai for 3 weeks to teach a workshop on
Natural way of farming 9 no tilling )

i am not sure that i will have the time to make the beef pemmican or more of
the lamb pemmican  but could send  you the jerky and the  rendered fat for
you to make it .
i will be back from Hawai  december 11 th and leave again to Toronto
december 22 till january 15
In between i will do an other pure grass fed  lamb.( not even worm
medication )
for how much money do you want me to send and what preferably?
answer quickly because sunday i am gone and you will have to wait december
11th.
How your family is doing ?,here we are pregnant again and my wife is
defficient in iron and b12. She try to eat meat and i made  dried deer liver
capsule for her
