Hi Dori - have enjoyed your posts but the last one was groovy,
thanks. You're able to bring the reader into your anecdotes.
I just wanted to mention that there are also bone-headed Canadians,
Your Humble Narrator, being one of them for twelve years, trying in
vain to subsist on a raw vegan / fruitarian dietary up here in the
temperate Prairies and East Asia! I'm sometimes amazed that I've
flip-flopped to such a degree but then there's no arguing with my
improved health and fitness. It has been easier this time around
probably because I don't feel the need to explain to every person who
questions why I discard the bun portion of my Arby's roast beef
sandwich.
Cheers,
Jo
