I suspect that it does, although the only work I know of in this
area was one that related blood types to what was supposed to be
the ideal diet for that type. I don't know any of the details,
though. In general, I think your question represents a line of

Excellent. I expect the high Omega-3's in that diet had something to
do with it.

Or any of the Paleo plans, basically. At the very least, eliminate
refined carbohydrates and be very careful about fatty acid intake.
