All my friends say:

"I guess I have a hard time accepting that toast is bad for me."

"I guess I have a hard time accepting that pasta is bad for me."

You need to remember that everything you've been told is wrong.

One of the best things you could possibly eat is ... snake oil.   It is very
high in Omega 3 fatty acids, and thus would be a good cure for arthritis,
headaches, asthma and a number of other ailments.

And, if you read the latest Drs. Eades book, it turns out that most people in
modern times have too much stored iron, and thus they recommend giving blood to
remove some of the iron.   Of course, leeches would have a similar beneficial
effect...
