I second that emotion!  Just wondering; what about dietary supplements?  You
know, pills.  My first reaction to that piece of advice was, "No way, dude,
pills aren't natural."  Ah, but remember this; fruits and vegetables today
are low in the vitamins & nutrients of yore.  Even if you grow 'em yourself,
it's almost impossible to find seeds that will produce foods NOT stripped of
thier nutrients.  Therefore, eating space-age pills is closer to what God
intended than sticking to a 'natural' diet.  Just be sure you find
supplements with no fake this, synthetic that or mysterious other.
