Hi I have been following some of the diets. I wanted to know if any of the
group has came across food supplements that can give vitamins and help the
immune system. My mum has been diagnosed with choriodal melanoma which is
cancer of the eye. I know she will receive treatment from hospital. But I
would be interested in any food that will help build her up. Any ideas would
be appreciated.
