Have you tried calcium-fortified orange juice?? Many brands of orange
juice are now available enriched with calcium-in fact in most cases one
8 ounce glass of calcium fortified orange juice has as much calcium as a
glass of milk.

I have been told that the vitamin A in carrot juice does not put
you at risk
of overdosing on it due to the form that it is consumed in.
That is it is
not commercially produced.
I would like to get my calcium form vegetable sources due to my
Lactose
intolerance and possible slight sensitivity to milk it self.
the green leafy juices are hard to stomach.
