One other suggestion, in addition to all the great ones already posted, is
to find an old (1950's era) recipe for banana/pumpkin/zuchinni bread. These
often have ALOT of oil called for, and most current recipes have reduced this
to make them healthier for adults today. We make pumpkin or banana bread
almost every week, and the pumpkin is especially nutritious and tasty. The
problem is keeping the adults out of it - they DON'T need the extra fat!
