I finally took the risk and made gluten free bread in my mother
in laws bread machine and 2 hours into it I had a smokey mess
in my kitchen! Has anyone had this happen to them and why? Did
I use the wrong yeast? Can not every bread machien accomodate
wheat free recipes? Did I mix it in the wrong order? It spilled
all over the machine.
any suggestions would be appreciated as I am very frustrated!
