I started paleo about 6 years ago with the same results as yourself as far
as having more definition. My bodyfat levels didn't change greatly but I
lost the constant definition blurring water bloat. I also have greater
aerobic capacity without doing much in the way of aerobics. I just regret
living all the previous years feeling like crap when at 37 years of age I
feel better than I did at 17! Though I can't run as fast I have greater
stamina, more energy, and vastly superior strength. I am competing in the
AAU Raw Powerlifting Nationals in Boston August 12-13. Maybe I'll write
paleo across my chest with blood?
Dave
