I personally have been dairy-free (and pretty much
purely paleo) for about 1 1/2 years. I still have to
take allergy shots for my multiple pollen allergies.
They are fairly well under control, but anytime I go
too long without a shot, they start to get bad.

My overall health has improved dramatically, and I'm
thinking that perhaps there was so much damage done to
my system (through being an undiagnosed celiac most of
my life), that perhaps it will take a few more years
of recovery before my allergies really *go away*. But
it's encouraging to hear that others have had
improvement in this area.

My food allergies have not improved noticably either.
I hoped to someday be able to add tomatoes back to my
diet, but everytime I try, I have a reaction.

Michele
