Morning: 4 ounces Aloe Vera juice
Breakfast: 1 cup of assorted berries ( strawberries, blueberries,
blackberries), 2 cups of green tea (plain)
Lunch: 1/2 grilled tuna steak, garden salad with olive oil and lemon
dressing, 2 cups of herbal tea (plain)
Dinner: 1 hamburger patty (no bun), grilled mixed veggies (squash,
cauliflower and onions), 2 cups regular tea (plain)
Evening Snack: 3 prunes ( I haven't eaten these yet, but I'm planning to),
large glass of water
