After being gluten free for two months now my specialist wants me to do
a gluten challenge for a endoscopy. The problem is that I don't really
know how long I should be eating gluten before he does the test.  I was
going to start back on gluten right away but the test isn't until
September seventh and that seems to be too long to be eating gluten. Can
anyone tell me how long?
