The Triad Celiac Support Group will meet at "Louie Blue's for a private
luncheon meeting on February 3, 2001, at 1:00 PM. The restaurant is
opening for our group. We need your reservation by January 19, 2001.
Please call Grace or Jim Johnston at (336) 924-5326 to make your
reservation. All dishes served will be gluten-free. (1) grilled salmon
topped w/A honey, ginger, dark soy marinade.($11.95). (2) Snapper
Orleans-pan seared snapper topped w/baby shrimp, tomatoes, scallions,
garlic, cayeene pepper and butter.($13.95). (3) Sauteed chicken breast
topped w/lobster and chantrelles in a champagne cream sauce.($13.95).
(4) Grilled 6oz. filet mignon topped w/a crawfish butter on a bed of
carmelized red onions.(15.95). (5) Jumbo shrimp, diced tomatoes and
capers in a rice cream sauce over linguine.($13.95). HOUSE SALAD -
Mesculin greens topped w/grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, potato
croutons and fresh parmesan, w/choice of dressing - raspberry
vinagrette, honey mustard, blue cheese.($2.25). DESSERT - ($3.95) -
