Hi Listmates,
For Christmas we are purchasing a deep fryer. I'm sure our
gluten-free teenager will be surprised as well as thrilled!
However, I know NOTHING about which flours and/or batters
work best for making gluten-free fried food. Mmm....I can taste
those deep-fried mozzarella sticks now. I just don't know
where to begin, or even what oil works best with our kinds of food.
So for those of you who have already mastered this technique,
I will appreciate your responses. And I will gladly summarize!
