Has anyone used EnteroLab in Dallas, TX (Dr. Kenneth Fine) for stool and/or
gene testing?  If so, please tell me your experience.  Was it helpful?  Is
the lab professional and reputable?  What did they find, and did they tell
you how to interpret the results?  Also interested to know if the gene test
comes back negative, does that mean that it couldn't possibly be Celiac?
