First I'd like to thank you all for your help.

The question I asked was about Heinz ketchup. I received 9 responses
stating it certainly IS gluten-free. One reply included a response from
Heinz Consumer Affairs stating that its distilled vinegar is derived
from corn, and therefore gluten-free:

One person said that Hunts ketchup was also gluten-free while others
assured me that most ketchups are.

I would have waited for more responses before summarizing but I'm
leaving for my vacation this afternoon and didn't want to leave you all
hanging.

Thanks again!!
