I am getting married in June of this year. I have made arrangements for
the reception site to make me a "special" GF meal. My problem is the
cake. We are doing a small two-tiered cake and then cupcakes (mini,
decorated cakes). My thought is to just do the 2 tiered cake GF, since
that will be the cake that I am eating from. Does anyone have a DELICIOUS
GF cake recipie that everyone in the wedding party will enjoy. Also a
recipie for a frosting/icing that will be easy to use for making smooth and
delicious icing? I appreciate everyone's help. Thank you
