I printed off a copy of the forbidden part and carried it in my wallet for
the first two years till I learned what all the dangerous gluten traps
listed there.

Yes, carmel color can be safe, or it can have gluten in it. Don't eat it
unless you check. -vance

PS. Do you think celiacs could hire out to architects as expert consultants
on bathrooms since we spend so much time there?
