I am fairly new at this celiac stuff and I have been reading and hearing a
lot about watching out for natural flavorings. This confuses me and I don't
mean to sound dense, but what types of natural flavorings would be bad and
why would natural flavorings be bad as opposed to artificial flavorings? I
would appreciate any info on this. I read labels all the time and see
natural flavors listed, so does that mean all natural flavors are bad?
