HEllo,
You will need to know the form factor of your current motherboard in the case. There are two basic types [others exist but are more rare] AT, and ATX form factors. The AT form factor is a motherboard with
the large round keyboard connector. The ATX is set up for a PS/2 keyboard and mouse connector.
The other thing to watch for are the other connectors on the motherboard. Some boards have serial ports, parrallel ports, sound connectors, etc built into the edge of the motherboard and need a case designed
to allow these to protrude out the back of the case.
With the low cost of new cases, it might be worth the extra money to buy a new case if the new motherboard you want won't work with the old case. Since your case is an ATX, it will work with ATX motherboards
which have the PS/2 mouse and keyboard connectors.
