I suspect that the problem is the 175 watt power supply -- that's kinda
small, and you've got a fairly heavy complement of equipment. I found a
site last week (maybe here) that has an on-line program that sizes the
power supply based on the stuff that has been installed. Since they are
in the business of selling hardware, the estimates may be biased on the
high side, although they came fairly close to my situation. The address
