Nicki had the right idea:.
 When entering data
into an online form (for example when buying something online), where you
would generally tab between fields, the machine instead cycles to another
open page or programme - in much the same way that the alt+tab combination
does.


Now as to what exactly caused it I don't know I do know this that Dave(my Boss) did a restart and that for now it has disappeared. So I don't know now what caused it or if it will happen agian . I gave him a air can and told him to carefully blow clean his keybord . I don't know if that will help but with all the crap that blew out of it , it doesn't make me think it would hurt any.
