Not to be a Microsoft "Mark" or anyhing, but the latest virus scare could
have happened irregardless of what mail application was being used. If you
received the message and executed the attachment, it would have had the same
effect. However, the manner in which the virus travelled was via the
"address book" primarily in Outlook, although the default address book was
also a victim.

The best Virus software you can have is common sense and virus education -
but it's good to keep your chekers updated! ;)

Microsoft has actually released Internet Explorer 5.5 and Outlook Express
5.5 (Beta). Until I moved to Outlook 98, OE was a great program - especially
if you do the updates Microsoft has avaialable at:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Hope my 1/2 cents helps.... :)
