I have an Acer TravelMate 330T laptop

I purchased 2 - 128 Meg chips.  However,
I can only install one chip because
the other chip is inside the computer case.

I did take all the screws out but it didn't
just open, so I put everything back.

I do not want to send it to the company
because it is my main computer.

How can I solve this?
