We service HP printers and HP has released a kit to fix this problem. It is
a problem with the seperator pad and spring. Also HP says DO NOT fan the
paper as it causes static electricity and contributes to the problem.
As a side note you need to get some rubber rejuvinator to use on your pickup
rollers, it does alot better job than alcohol.
