Hello mark,
I have never had this problem but i have run into many and the first thing i
do in a case like this(not mentioning the ones you have already done) is go
to start/run and type in hwinfo.exe /ui  This will do i diagnostics so to
speak of your hardware,drivers and more.After the window comes up scroll
down to the bottom for a legend of what everything means. Hope this helps
narrow it down.
