I live on a strict budget and I spend about $130 per month at the
grocery store ( including some non food items). I eat paleo, love it,
and it loves me.
I buy most of my meat on sale at the grocery store because it is going
to outdate that day or the next. I get some nice cuts as cheap as $1.00
per pound. I buy it up and freeze it.
