Military health care plan fails families with disabled children
By Sydney J. Freedberg Jr., National Journal

I wonder if they have been able to access the Region Center system since
they reside in California. theyshold also be of some help since the child
would appear to have a developmental disanbility and in California a
developmental disability means they are "entitled" to services from the
Regional Center system.
