Dear Betty and Friends, I have been putting Ice packs on my back and using Icee
Hot cream on my back 3 to 4 times a day. and today I am a little bit better. I
still have the pain. but I can get in and out of my wheelechair a little bit
better now. And Betty, Thanks for the kind words. Lynn
