So the solution to all injustice is litigation? I got my ass kicked around
for "being crippled" as much as any other PWD, but you can't change hearts
in a courtroom.

I don't know about that, Kyle. What would you have done? You're
ambulatory and a very masculine male, from what I could gather here.
The teenage girl, a wheelchair user, was "rammed into walls." That's a
bit more intimidating then simple roughhousing, I would think...
