By extent of the disability, I just meant how severely the person's
mobile/cognitive/communicative abilities are affected.  I'm not saying that
it's impossible to succeed and get the full range of opportunities at a
"normal" school - it's just much easier to be included if you're not as
involved disability-wise.  I do agree with you that determination is a huge
factor, though.
