Deb--Try Arnica Montana pellets  30g   5 under your tongue--they relax it
within a few minutes.  I get that from walking on stones or bricks..or too
much of the bike path.  Before kids everytime I went on Vacation in the
mideast (where lots of stone walks etc. ) I always came home to weeksd of
pain..leg cramps etc. quinione  (SP?) was perscribed..but this works much
beter..you can get it at a health food store...Joy
