Oops, I think you're .XX% IQ has let you down here Trisha!! I
assume the two bozo's mentioned were competing in the wheelchair
section of the Boston Marathon.

The question is whether it is a "level playing field" if a TAB
uses a wheelchair to race against a person who has to use a
wheelchair. The answer is obviously NO. The TAB has an advantage
in ability to maintain fitness levels, and the strength in their
legs can easily be changed into increased power in their wheel
pushes (eg. gripping with thighs, feet wedged under foot bars,
etc).
