That sounds like a great idea. I haven't really thought of anything specific
in terms of a ritual, I just wanted to throw this idea out to the disability
community to see what the response would be. I think too, that I have been
influenced by the way everybody recognizes the existence of Kwanzaa -- not
just African Americans. This could also be something that would be highly
visible to the nondisabled community if it grew in popularity with the
disability community. I'm all for promoting disability pride in a way that
nondisabled people can see.
