To find a meaningful story to fill the evening intellectual entertainment
spot, the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Company) had to go to Washington DC, as
I mumbly wrote and you mumbly read.

cp in Keremeos, BC, the town designated by Stats Canada as fifth poorest on
the list of towns in Canada (list based on finances of households with two
adults) and where Stats Canada also idenified that 38% are non-literate
(literacy defined as being able to read a classified ad and take action on
it).
