I'm used to bidding on specifications that are written in such a manner that
you need a fortune teller to interpret them. Though as I get older I find
stretching the imagination to fit the risk tiresome. I like your
interpretation and will price accordingly. The bid is for a probe package on
a courthouse in NYC. Quite often what I find is a scope where 95% I can
understand and relate to with no problem, and 5% that I have never
encountered before and have no idea what it means. At that point the
estimating becomes a game of calculated averages.
