Are you calling for retention of the original historic guano, or existing
guano which may or may not have historic or stylistic significance? And what
is to be done with the removed material? Will Rev Rhodes want it stockpiled
along with (if not on top of) his EIFS collection? If so, please specify
address for delivery, or advise whether it will be removed from the Site by
Others under separate contract with Owner, following removal by this
Contractor. And is sparrow (or whatever species) guano a HAZMAT, or a
natural (or in this case, cultural) resource like the material on those
islands off South America, requiring armed guards becasue it's toxic or
because it's valuable?
