I had two WDs die in a home machine at the same time (lingering deaths,
but they had to be replaced). Yet I'll still buy WDs on occasion as well as
other drives like Maxtor and Fujitsu. Sam's Club has the 20 GB 7200 RPM WD
drive on sale for $99 with a $40 rebate so I'm going to get one this week
for my daughter's machine as a backup drive on our network. Prices keep
getting better...remember those $500 1 GB drives back in 1995? *;-)
