You need Dial-Up Networking, Client for Microsoft Networks, and set
to log into NT domain -- all standard with Win98.
On the NT 4.0 Server CD, there's a folder called "Clients" which
includes versions of DHCP Manager, WINS Manager, User Manager for
Domains, Server Manager, and a couple of other tools that can be used
to administer an NT server remotely. There are a small number of
tasks that can't be done this way, but you can get around that using
PCAnywhere.
