Dear Listers;

We got a new PCMCIA ethernet card and we connect it to RJ-45 connector.
The connection works fine, but there is one piece of hardware that came
with the card that we could find only its name on the package, but nothing
in the manual. The piece is called 'EMI Shield Clip'.

What is it for ? How do we use it ?
