Time really flies
I remember the early hours of 30 july - the Kukoi days- Wow!! what a
surprise!!
how in a short period of time (just five hours) the destruction of
businesses and homes happened for some who worked hard for decades to
build up their business and houses.
Not to mention the loss of innocent civilian lives. Let us remember
those victims too .
It was a shock for us who had returned back home hoping to resettle in
peaceful Gambia
May Allah save and prevent us from such "fitnahs" in our tiny homeland
and pray for a safe and peaceful future. Violence does not benefit
anyone. Our kids look up to us and learn from good examples for the good
of the whole nation
Tempus fugit
