You might want to check out the www.specialneeds.com site. It's a bookseller
with books only about, by and with PWD.   when I did my paper, there was so
little info on this topic that my report was only 15 pages long including
interviews with my chosen topic of disabled lesbians.

BTW at the conference I was at there was a wonderful comedian with CP, he had
us falling out of our chairs.
